“We are one of the top companies in Romania in the field of waste management, we have a national coverage through 8 work points. We have 3 sorting stations with a capacity of over 122,000 tons per year. We also have a fleet of over 120 special vehicles of all sizes. We are among the first companies with a 100% electric car fleet.

In addition to waste management, we are also producers of sustainable products. We transform the materials we collect through the waste management service into other products such as household bags, construction foil, agricultural foil, products that can be put back on the market and reused, so we can talk about a circular economy,” Marius Porojan, Deputy CEO, Green Pack said during Sustainability in Business Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest and Sustainability Today.

“Reducing the carbon footprint is a very important exercise from a communication point of view. It all starts with the employees who work to achieve both the company’s goals and those of our partners. We carry out periodic workshops and trainings for employees at all levels, to help them understand why we need to do separate collection, what it means to reduce the consumption of resources and how we can, in the end, reduce the daily work done by employees.

Adaptability and the possibility to offer customized solutions for each client, transparency and collaboration can help us achieve our sustainability goals.”
