That\u2019s why we start with an assessment, and then we establish the strategy and steps we need to take together.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Whether we\u2019re talking about transforming waste into green energy or complete waste management solutions, we understand that our target is zero waste to landfill for our partners,&#8221; said <strong>Andrei Dinescu, Board Member, Greenpoint Management &amp; CCO Green Corporation<\/strong>, during the Sustainability in Business Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest and Sustainability-Today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Statements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In our field of activity, we are somewhat limited because there are waste streams, types of waste and different degrees of recycling, recovery or disposal. The directions in which we focus our attention are those that allow us to divert from landfill different types of waste that are today classified as non-recyclable. We are also looking at upcycling for those wastes that we can recycle. The target is Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our group is developing an investment to transform textile waste into construction materials. We have plans to increase our capacity to recycle contaminated plastics. We expect that next year we will have a recycling capacity 10 times higher than today.
