PepsiCo, one of the leaders in the food and beverage industry, is launching the fourth edition of the “PepsiCo’s Technical Bootcamp for Future Engineers” program, designed for final-year students, master’s students, and recent graduates (with up to one year of professional experience) who are interested in pursuing careers in technical and operational roles within the Supply Chain.
The program is paid and provides direct access to modern technologies, as well as practical training in the company’s plants.
Applications are open until April 30, with final selection scheduled for May. The “PepsiCo’s Technical Bootcamp for Future Engineers” begins on July 13, has an initial duration of three months, extendable for up to one additional year, and takes place in PepsiCo’s plants in Popești-Leordeni (Snacks division) and Dragomirești-Deal (Beverages division).
Participants benefit from an intensive hands-on experience based on a rotational system that provides exposure to key areas such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other Supply Chain-specific departments. They are guided by experienced specialists and go through a structured onboarding program designed to facilitate rapid integration and the development of technical and operational skills. From the very first day, participants are involved in real projects, allowing them to quickly understand the dynamics and complexity of operations.
“Through the Technical Bootcamp, we aim to offer young people more than just a first professional experience – we want to show them in concrete terms how production processes work and give them the confidence to contribute from day one. It is a program where learning comes through hands-on practice, collaboration with teams, and the real challenges they encounter. We continuously invest in the development of the new generation of talent and are pleased to see how, from one edition to the next, participants grow and find their own path within the company,” said Silvia Petre, HR Director, PepsiCo East Balkans.
Through this program, PepsiCo continues to invest in the development of young people, offering them access to modern technologies, impactful projects, and long-term career opportunities within the company.
