RTPR assisted Autonom Services S.A. in relation to a new bond issue correlated with sustainability objectives, with an aggregate nominal value of EUR 30 million and a maturity of 5 years. Autonom Services is the most important independent player on the operational leasing and rent-a-car markets in Romania. The bonds issued will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The private placement was intermediated by a consortium made of BRD – Groupe Société Générale, BT Capital Partners, Banca Comerciala Romana, UniCredit Bank and Raiffeisen Bank.

The RTPR team that provided legal advice to Autonom Services in this transaction was coordinated by Mihai Ristici (Partner) and Vlad Stamatescu (Counsel), and further included George Capota (Associate) and Fabian Oltenacu (Junior Associate).
