    GreenTech appoints Marius Costache as CEO in strategic leadership update

    GreenTech has announced a new leadership chapter with the appointment of Marius Costache as Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 17 years of experience in waste management and recycling, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to expand its role in the PET recycling industry.

    Marius Costache is already part of the GreenGroup leadership team and currently serves as CEO of GreenWEEE, GreenGlass Recycling and Verdum Romania. His professional background combines operational leadership, commercial strategy, and group-level coordination across the recycling value chain, positioning him to guide GreenTech through its next phase of development.

    At the same time, Marius Ghica has taken on the role of Deputy General Director. With strong expertise in strategy and finance, Ghica will focus on supporting financial discipline and ensuring operational continuity across the organization.

    According to the company, this leadership update reflects a strategic alignment within the GreenGroup structure. The new management team aims to further strengthen GreenTech’s position in the PET recycling market while continuing to support customers and partners throughout the recycling value chain.

    As the recycling sector faces regulatory changes, market challenges, and emerging opportunities, GreenTech’s leadership plans to focus on operational stability and market consolidation, helping the company navigate the next stage of industry transformation.
