Schneider Electric has announced the launch of the Sustainability School, an online educational program designed to support companies in their transition to sustainable practices.

The Schneider Electric Sustainability School offers courses and practical, essential tools to strengthen the reputation of brands and contribute to the sustainable evolution of the operations of companies and organizations in various fields. The online program developed by Schneider Electric is intended to train leaders in the field of sustainability, giving them the knowledge and practical solutions necessary to make a significant impact in the industries in which they operate.

The training program of the Sustainability School is structured in three main chapters:

Gain knowledge: This chapter allows participants to acquire the basic criteria of the sustainability landscape by exploring global goals such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the concept of the circular economy. It is the first step for any company that wants to keep its business strategy closely related to modern and future requirements in terms of sustainability.

Take action: Participants will learn how to implement effective decarbonization strategies using the “Strategize, Digitize, Decarbonize” methodology developed by Schneider Electric. They will have access to digital tools and innovative technologies that optimize energy use, reduce emissions and minimize environmental impact.

Win business: In the final chapter, participants will explore evolving trends in energy management, smart buildings, and grid modernization. They will also discover how innovation and adoption of renewable energy can open up opportunities for sustainable business growth.

“By participating in this program, companies not only improve their environmental performance, but also strengthen their market position, becoming more attractive to customers and partners who prioritize sustainability. Moreover, the companies will be part of a global network of experts, collaborating to build a better future for all”, says Lucian Enaru, General Manager Schneider Electric Romania, Republic of Moldova & Armenia.

Embracing sustainability is essential not only to protect the planet, but also to ensure the long-term success of companies. The Schneider Electric Sustainability School offers the opportunity to invest in the development of the necessary skills so that companies can effectively respond to the needs of their customers and responsibly manage the challenges in the field in the era of Electricity 4.0.
