PPC Energie launches PPC myEnergy Coach, the only digital platform offered by an energy supplier in Romania that provides personalized information for the efficiency of energy consumption in a home. PPC myEnergy Coach, aimed to improve the customer experience, is available free of charge for residential customers of PPC Energie and is integrated into the myPPC application (web and mobile).
For PPC Energie customers, the platform creates a personalized profile, based on the information provided by the user regarding the type of home and the appliances used. Based on these answers, PPC myEnergy Coach estimates annual energy consumption, identifies the types of energy used and provides concrete recommendations for reducing consumption and increasing energy efficiency. PPC myEnergy Coach indicates how electricity is distributed between the electrical appliances in the house according to their number and type, their year of manufacture and the daily usage. The platform also calculates how much the customer can save by replacing old appliances with modern and energy-efficient ones.
Users can compare the annual consumption with that of homes with similar characteristics and, in addition, they can create their myEnergy Coach profile for any eligible consumption place with which they are subscribed to PPC Energie, for informed decisions on resource management. The platform also includes a visual indicator of progress in completing the energy profile, providing an intuitive and clear user experience.

Currently, the platform is only available to residential customers who have associated at least one energy consumption place in the myPPC application, with full access (the email address in the myPPC application coincides with that of the contract holder). Those who do not have full access to the place of consumption in myPPC, can update their data here, on the dedicated www.ppcenergy.ro page, to have access to the PPC myEnergy Coach platform. New customers, contract holders, who create an account on the myPCC application using the same email address in the contract, will automatically have access to the digital platform.
If a customer owns several consumption places enrolled in myPPC, the PPC myEnergy Coach platform will generate personalized recommendations for each of these homes.
The myPPC application, used by over half of PPC Energie’s customer base, can be accessed either online, at https://myppc.ppcenergy.ro/, or by downloading the mobile phone application for free, from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery. Through it, customers can receive and pay their electricity or natural gas bills, register their index or check their balance of payments. Also, commercial offers are available in the application, so that both existing and potential customers have the opportunity to submit online requests for the conclusion of an electricity or natural gas supply contract.
