Eliza Predoiu, CFO of NEPI Rockcastle, said: “This new financing in ‘green format’ is another project that strengthens the Group’s liquidity at attractive market terms and reflects our long-term commitment towards sustainability. I am grateful to the passionate people making this project happen, and I take this opportunity to thank the great professionals within our internal team and the teams of our lenders and advisors. Dentons, as our legal advisors, proved once again their unparalleled skillset, supporting us from the inception to the completion of the transaction.”
