    IMPACT Developer & Contractor receives Best Managed Companies Romania certification

    IMPACT Developer & Contractor has obtained the Best Managed Companies Romania certification, a program present for 30 years globally, developed by Deloitte in partnership with EBRD – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, BVB – Bucharest Stock Exchange and BT – Banca Transilvania.

    IMPACT is one of the 21 companies that received Best Managed Companies certification in Romania. The certification recognizes the performance of the management team in implementing the best standards, processes and procedures at internationally recognized standards.

    “Constant improvement of corporate governance is a strategic objective of IMPACT group, and the Best Managed Companies Romania program certifies the efforts of the management team and offers new perspectives for increasing performance and beneficial transformation of our organizational culture. This high recognition validates the good corporate governance practices implemented and joins the VEKTOR 10 certifications obtained in the last three consecutive years for transparency in investor communication.”, stated Constantin Sebesanu, CEO IMPACT Developer & Contractor.

    IMPACT Developer & Contractor is the first developer in Romania listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and also the first to set up an ESG department, sustainability being one of the company’s growth pillars.
