    Published on

Effective November 1, 2026, GreenPoint Management has appointed Adela Lazăr, the company’s co-founder, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In her new role, she will oversee the organisation’s development, with a focus on improving the quality of services provided to producers and importers and strengthening relationships with clients and business partners.

The company also announced the mutual termination of its collaboration with Dan Ceaușescu, who held the position of General Manager.

Adela Lazăr’s appointment to executive leadership brings the entrepreneurial vision behind GreenPoint Management back to the forefront, together with her direct involvement in shaping the company’s future.

The composition of the Board of Directors remains unchanged, with current Chairman Dumitru Toșa continuing in his position.

“We built GreenPoint with the ambition of playing a meaningful role in the development of Romania’s circular economy. I am taking on executive leadership with confidence in our team and with the determination to build on what we have achieved together. For me, the company’s growth must be reflected in the quality of our services and in the relationships, we develop with our clients and partners. These are the areas on which I will focus my efforts and decisions,” said Adela Lazăr, Co-founder and CEO of GreenPoint Management.

The priorities of her new mandate include simplifying work processes and developing digital tools to enable the team to respond more quickly to client requirements.

Furthermore, the company aims to strengthen cooperation with operators across the collection and recycling sector, supporting compliance with packaging waste management obligations and contributing to the development of the circular economy in Romania.
